I appreciate your work on this assignment. You need to develop a more succinct PICOT question. Each element cannot be its own paragraph or sentence. You need one solid question. I think the \"P\" is St Anthony\'s and not patients. The patients are not doing anything. It is organizational employees who need to change practices and apply evidence to those changes to improve scores. Your assignment is not clear. The assignment provides a qualitative article for you to appraise. You need to find a quantitative article on the topic you chose for this organization. Pick one specific topic. Is it falls? is it safety issues? is it medication errors? there are several - pick one. You then needed to appraise both articles. You needed to then compare the qualitative to the quantitative and discuss differences. RUBRICS CRITERIA 1 Construct a PICO(T) question.
